Our yoga classes, workshops, and teacher training courses are offered online through secure digital platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

• Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message within 24 hours.

• Access details (Zoom link, meeting ID, password, or course portal information) will be sent to the contact details provided during checkout.

• If you do not receive your login or access details within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at [your email] or [your WhatsApp number].

 

👉 Note: No physical shipping applies to digital programs.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

 

If you order wellness items such as Kansya bowls, ghee, massage kits, or yoga props, please note the following:

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipments are sent via reputed courier partners (India Post, DTDC, Bluedart, etc.).

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

• Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be visible at checkout.
